Insider Gaming spoke to FUT IGL Aulon ‘Krabeni’ Fazlija after their EWC 2026 victory over magic.

The young IGL discussed the team’s form on Ancient, the effect of the stage on the young roster, and the need to keep the team’s energy up after the departure of Laurențiu ‘lauNX’ Țârlea.

Insider Gaming interview with FUT IGL Krabeni

A good win today, but you started by losing Ancient. Do you have any thoughts on the map?

Yeah, I think our Ancient, not today, but overall, is pretty good. We managed to win every time, and this is the first time some team picks it against us, and it’s the map where it’s like our best map.

I think we started slow. I think we had a bit of pressure, I will say, in the beginning of the game, and also the four versus one against eco.

I think that round cost us a lot mentally and also with economy and everything.

You said you have a good Ancient. I remember when you were playing for NAVI Junior, you won it so many times in a row. But is there any kind of sense that you’ve gone a bit backwards on the map and are not as good as you used to be on it?

I think we are still very good on it, but I think in the games where it’s like more important than this game, for example, it was very important for us, like it’s a playoff game.

I think in those types of big games, we have a bit of pressure, and always in the first map, even if it’s like our best map, in the first map where we play, we start a bit slow.

I think the main reason is that we lost two or three clutches. Also, we started with pressure, and I think that was the main reason why.

You’ve been in front of a few crowds now in terms of arena events and stages, so do you feel like the team is comfortable playing in front of people?

I think we are comfortable, but just at the moment we start the game a bit slow, but I think we will get confident with this crowd.

Hopefully, for the next event we can still try to play in front of the crowd because last season we managed to play only one event in front of the crowd, and every tournament we lost with one game to go to the playoffs.

Playing magic today, do you think they are similar to you in a way?

For sure, they have maybe similarities in some aspects, like maybe individual skill is kind of the same. Of course, we think we shoot a bit better, but all of them can shoot.

But yeah, I think against those types of teams I think it’s a bit hard for us, but when we play against some full-structure team and stuff like this, I think we are better.

Obviously, lauNX left FUT. He was the hype guy for the roster, giving a lot of emotion to everyone in the match. Is that something that other players are picking up?

I think for sure it was a very good thing that lauNX was screaming. He was hyping us a lot, to be honest, but now also xfl0ud can scream too, but usually when we were with lauNX, dziugss was screaming a lot.

So at the moment, dziugss helped us with this. I think it gave us good energy. Whenever we win a round and someone screams, everyone starts to laugh. So we’ll try to keep this up, and also I’ll try to scream sometimes.

How do you think xfl0ud is settling into the team and his roles?

I think he’s fitting in pretty well. I think he struggled a bit in the new position that he’s playing on the CT side.

We agree in the team that it’s a bit hard for him because he was used to playing all other positions on the CT side, and now he’s playing some new ones which maybe he never played before, so he is helping us.

We are helping him in some positions, and yeah, I think he’s fitting in pretty nicely.
