After months of rumors and speculation, a date is finally set in stone for the next look at Grand Theft Auto 6. Many were beginning to worry that another delay was on the horizon, thanks to Rockstar’s radio silence, but we’ve finally been given an update.
In fact, it won’t just be a trailer either, as it’s being hyped up as a major event. Set for late August, Rockstar is sharing an “Extended Look” at GTA 6, and it’s simply one you won’t want to miss.

How To Watch Grand Theft Auto 6: Extended Look
The Grand Theft Auto: Extended Look will first go live on Netflix, with a YouTube video accompanying a few hours afterwards.
It’s something we’ve never quite seen before, but if you want to catch the big GTA 6 showing live and direct, you’ll need to sign up for a Netflix account—if you haven’t got one already.
If you’re happy to contend with ads, the cheapest subscription tier will set you back $8.99, or £5.99, for a month’s access. That said, if you’re not interested in paying for the service, you can always wait a few hours for the YouTube showing, though you’ll miss out on the live reveals.

When Is The Grand Theft Auto 6: Extended Look?
The Grand Theft Auto 6: Extended Look is set to premiere on Netflix on Thursday, August 27, at 3 PM ET, with the YouTube video going live the same day at 9 PM ET.
As things stand, there’s no information about what will be revealed in the footage, but considering it’s dubbed as an “Extended Look,” I think it’s fair to assume we will finally see some gameplay!
