Cozy dressmaking indie game goes viral, hits Steam’s top sellers list

A new viral, cozy indie game has hit Steam’s top seller list just one day after releasing on Sept. 21. Dressmaker, created by the same developer as such unlikely titles like Anger Foot and Gorn 2, is a self-described “cozy crafting game inspired by real dressmaking.”

So far, Dressmaker has passed titles like EA Sports FC 27 and Overwatch to sit at number nine on Steam’s top seller list. With fantastic word of mouth from social media and cozy gaming communities, Dressmaker may find even more upward trajectory in the next few weeks.
