VALORANT raises the stakes in Skirmish with 1v1 queue, limited abilities, and ranked leaderboard

Riot Games announced Skirmish: Ascension, a new version of the Skirmish game mode coming to VALORANT on April 29, featuring a 1v1 queue, limited Agent abilities, and a ranked leaderboard to earn rewards.

Announced on April 27, Skirmish: Ascension is the next evolution of Skirmish in VALORANT. In Skirmish: Ascension, you pick an Agent from a limited pool, and each Agent has one specific ability available from their kit. The selected abilities are meant to test your game sense while maintaining focus on gunplay.
