Persona 4 Revival has officially been rated in South Korea, which typically suggests that a launch could be just a few months away.
The news arrives shortly before the upcoming Xbox Games Showcase 2026, the very event where the ground-up remake of the beloved RPG was first revealed last year.
New Persona 4 Revival Trailer Could Be Coming Soon
The new Korean rating has sparked speculation that a fresh trailer could arrive in the coming weeks, potentially even confirming the game’s release date. The most likely stage for that reveal would be the Xbox Games Showcase, especially given SEGA’s apparent marketing partnership with Xbox.
That partnership already benefits Xbox players significantly, as Persona 4 Revival is set to launch day one on Xbox Game Pass. As for when players can expect it, the game is currently targeting fiscal year 2027, meaning a release sometime between April 2026 and March 2027.
Looking at Atlus‘ recent history, many fans believe February could once again be the target window. Persona 3 Reload launched on February 2, 2024, and a Funko Pop leak from earlier this year also hinted at an early 2027 release for Persona 4 Revival.
For now, much of this remains speculation, but official details may not be far away. If Persona 4 Revival does arrive early next year, it could also suggest that Persona 6 is still a long way off, with 2028 potentially being the earliest realistic launch window for Atlus’ next major entry.
