Riot Games has revealed that a new song called ‘Live My Life’ for League of Legends band HEARTSTEEL is coming soon.
The new single will release across music streaming platforms on Friday, September 18.
This will be only the band’s second ever song, coming almost three years after the debut release of ‘PARANOIA’ in 2023.
Plus, the new image released by Riot is possibly a preview of upcoming HEARTSTEEL and K/DA skins LoL leakers promised.
LoL’s New Music-Themed Season
As previously announced by Riot, LoL 2026 Season 3, Act 2 will be music-themed with the return of multiple virtual bands.
The new season is set to start with LoL Patch 26.20, releasing October 7.
The long-awaited return of K/DA is all-but confirmed after a new song called ‘Watch Me’ was registered on the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers website.
Leaks have also that True Damage will also return with new skins and Riftbound cards this year, but no new song has been mentioned yet.
That leaves heavy metal band Pentakill as LoL’s only virtual group which may not make a comeback this year.
Who Is In HEARTSTEEL?
HEARTSTEEL consists of six LoL champions in total, Aphelios, Ezreal, Kayn, K’Sante, Sett, and Yone.
The single PARANOIA featured BAEKHYUN (Ezreal), tobi lou (K’Sante), ØZI (Sett), and Cal Scruby (Kayn).
So far, it hasn’t been confirmed whether any of these artists will return or if Riot will look to refresh the line-up.
Either way, the release of ‘Live My Life’ should be an indicator as to whether Miyeon (Ahri) and Soyeon from (G)I-DLE (Akali), Madison Beer (Evelynn), and Jaira Burns (Kai’Sa) will return for K/DA’s new song.
