Amid a massive restructuring at Xbox with Phil Spencer and Sarah Bond leaving Microsoft, the EVP of Microsoft Gaming says that organizational changes are not happening at Xbox-owned studios.

In an internal memo, Matt Booty, now Microsoft’s chief content officer and EVP of Microsoft Gaming, noted that his primary focus is on supporting the staff in place and helping them achieve their best work. He also reassured that there are no planned restructurings at this time.

“My focus is on supporting the teams and leaders we have in place and creating the conditions for them to do their best work. To be clear, there are no organizational changes underway for our studios,” he stated as part of his statement.

Furthermore, he was reassuring and said that the team has good reasons to believe in what’s planned.
