Marvel Rivals Season 9.5 patch notes: All buffs, nerfs, and adjustments

With Season 9.5, Marvel Rivals is getting a new set of balance adjustments for heroes across all three roles. In this update, there are changes to 18 heroes and their Team-Ups, including buffs, a few nerfs, and several adjustments.
