Leviatan’s VALORANT Champions dream ends despite winning Masters in the same year

Leviatan will miss out on VALORANT Champions Shanghai despite winning a Masters trophy. The Argentine squad lifted the Masters London crown earlier this year in June, but fell short on Championship Points after a tough Americas Stage 2 playoff run.

Championship Points are awarded for match wins, top-four finishes at regional events, and deep runs at Masters, with a heavier weight being put on Stage 2 results. While Leviatan had early success, those weren’t enough to offset a short Stage 2 playoff run.
