Jynxzi’s Steam account gets hit with 3-day cooldown during case opening stream

Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart’s live CS2 case opening session came to an abrupt halt after Steam’s automated fraud detection flagged his account, slapping him with a 72-hour suspension mid-stream.

Why did Jynxzi’s Steam account get suspended?

The suspension was triggered after Jynxzi’s Steam account exceeded the platform’s $2000 24-hour spending/top-up limit. This limit, which is specified in the Steam Subscriber Agreement is put in place as a fraud prevention system for Steam Wallets. The limit resets every 24-hours, and usually can not be bypassed, as the system simply prevents you from adding more funds during that period.
