Infinity Ward confirms COD Modern Warfare 4 changes after beta feedback

Infinity Ward is buffing SMGs to shorten time-to-kill (TTK) on outlier weapons and adjusting perks and spawns for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (COD MW4), ahead of the Oct. 23 launch. The studio detailed the Modern Warfare 4 beta changes in the first episode of The Ward Room, after feedback from two beta weekends.

SMG TTK changes in Modern Warfare 4

Infinity Ward wants launch TTK to stay close to beta weekend two, but the developers found that the Sub-Machine Gun class was notably lagging behind their counterparts. So to ensure all the weapons remain viable to play at launch, the developers have announced a series of updates.
