In Beast of Reincarnation, Amber will become your most important resource in no time. It’s the game’s currency, and you’ll use it for everything from enhancing weapons to shopping with traders. As you can imagine, you’ll need a lot of Amber to cover all the bases in Beast of Reincarnation, but where can you find more of it?

In this guide, we’ll break down the best places to find more Amber in Beast of Reincarnation, including some ‘hidden’ tricks that will net you thousands of Amber with almost no effort.

Find More Amber in Beast of Reincarnation

Amber is almost everywhere across the world in Beast of Reincarnation, and some sources are easier than others when it comes to obtaining it. Most Amber will come from boxes scattered everywhere, especially the hidden strongboxes that Koo will sniff out as you explore.

These strongboxes come in three forms:

• Open
• Locked with a puzzle
• Locked with a code

The tougher it is to get into the box, the better the rewards typically are.

Elsewhere, you’ll see Amber ‘plants’ growing and glowing on every map, and you’ll see golden butterflies fluttering around the world, both of which reward you with Amber when either broken or run through. In some cases, Amber butterflies will highlight your path ahead, showing you where to go; the collection of Amber is just a bonus as you traverse the map.

You’ll get more Amber for engaging with traders, and you can sell stacks of content in-game. You’ll find yourself primarily selling soul stones, charms, and other trinkets that you find while exploring the world, such as ancient books. Before long, you should have a fair stack of cash to support your growth.

But there are some hidden methods to get more Amber, too. For instance, as you advance through the game, you’ll have opportunities to build your relationship with your companions, most notably Koo, the Malefact dog that you journey with. At various points in the game, simply ‘talking’ to Koo will reward you with as much as 10,000 Amber in a matter of seconds.

It’s by far the easiest way to earn Amber in Beast of Reincarnation, so don’t neglect Koo! Make sure you’re talking to him whenever you’re in the Cleanse Walker.

Also, you’ll find Amber in the inventory of some defeated enemies, and you’ll be rewarded with Amber naturally for progressing through the game.

When you’ve got it, you can use it to enhance weapons and projectiles, and to trade with merchants for more potent equipment, plant shoots, and other collectibles and key items.
