How to Find The Compass in Big Walk

It’s easy to get lost when exploring in Big Walk, but there are several items that can help you boost your sense of direction, including the compass.

Big Walk is filled with challenging puzzles to tick off, but one of the greatest tests of all is keeping together with your squad and not getting separated, all while navigating where you need to head.

The compass can be of great assistance for this, and Insider Gaming has all the details on how you can get it.

Compass Location in Big Walk

The compass in Big Walk is first unlocked once you complete the red tower location and earn the key, used to unlock the map room.

After collecting all of the necessary puzzle rewards and placing them into the open slots at the top of the red tower, you will receive a key, which can then be cut to access the map.

Head to the bottom of the tower and interact with the first key cutter just outside, then follow the marker that appears on the top of the pillar to the next one, and repeat the process.

Eventually, once the key is fully cut, head inside the blue tunnel nearby and place the key in the slot. The door will then open, revealing the Map Room in Big Walk, and a compass is found inside, alongside three laser pointers.

How to Use The Compass in Big Walk

The Compass in Big Walk is used exactly the same as a compass in real life, directing players to a specific direction to help navigation.

Just like in the real world, the Big Walk compass points north, which can then be used to head in any direction you need to.

This makes it easier to travel long distances without getting separated, or to direct friends to specific spots, but the limitations to carry space in Big Walk mean you might be best to leave it behind.

There are no specific puzzles that require the compass to complete, and truthfully, there are much more useful items you can bring with you.
