Hot Wheels Infinite Rush is Releasing Two Weeks Early

A new announcement confirms that Hot Wheels Infinite Rush will now launch two weeks earlier than originally planned.

Just last month, players were informed about a new Hot Wheels game coming from the hands of Milestone, the team responsible for the previous Unleashed installment. Players were provided with a release date and a new trailer as part of the announcement. Now, through their latest video, the devs have announced a change to the plans.

Hot Wheels Infinite Rush Devs Reveal All Four Islands With Release Date Change Announcement

The Milestone Team just released a new video on YouTube, called Beyond the Track Episode 1. Towards the end of the video, players were informed of the new release date: Hot Wheels Infinite Rush will launch on September 10, 2026 instead of September 24.

Players were also informed about 4 islands of the game, Wheelswood, Tentacle Bay, Gearville, and Drifty Temples, which feature a variety of events and activities that let you expand your collection, earn coins, and more. Players will also come across Stunt events; for example, Delivery Stunt has players driving from point A to point B while maintaining precision and control, whereas in Stuntman Challenge, the goal is to hit as many objects as possible.

There’s a lot of exploration to partake in with Hot Wheels Infinite Rush, including finding collectibles, discovering secret corners, using the Photo mode, and more. There are also several challenges you can take on that will test your driving skills, including getting a perfect drift combo or maintaining a high average speed.

The developers also teased some campaign details, revealing players will have to challenge “each island’s Rush Squad”. However, more details about this will be revealed later.
