A new announcement from Team17 reveals that Hell Let Loose Vietnam has been delayed, with a new release date of August 13, 2026.

The developers recently held a free-to-play PC Steam open beta for Hell Let Loose Vietnam, during which many players experienced the game for the first time. There was a lot of feedback during this phase, and, along with internal testing, the developers decided that the best course of action was to delay the game for a better launch experience.

Hell Let Loose Vietnam’s New Release Date Set for August 13

Through a statement provided to Insider Gaming, Team17 has confirmed that Hell Let Loose Vietnam has been delayed to August 13. The developers stated that, along with the feedback received during the open and closed betas, Team17 conducted intensive internal playtests of the PC and console versions of the game, which led to the discovery of “several areas” that will require additional development time.

The developers have decided to delay the game’s release by approximately two months to “deliver a stronger launch experience.” They have apologized for the delay and promised to keep players updated on the development progress. The team is committed to achieving a level of quality that meets both its own expectations and those of the players. The original release date for Hell Let Loose Vietnam was scheduled for June 18, 2026, which was just over two weeks away.
