We’re all waiting patiently for Rockstar Games to hurry up and release GTA 6 Trailer 3 before we all lose it. Ok, so patience is wearing slightly thin after all. Let’s find out everything we know about Trailer 3 and when it might be coming out.
Grand Theft Auto 6 is the biggest video game in history. We’ve said it before, and we’ll keep hammering home the point. GTA was already the biggest franchise on the planet before GTA 5 came out, and the fifth mainline game ripped up all the record books. GTA 6 is huge in every possible way.
Trailer 1 was a juicy teaser, whereas Trailer 2 was just ridiculous. Now, we think it’s safe to say we’re all ready for GTA 6 Trailer 3.
Do We Know When GTA 6 Trailer 3 Is Coming Out?
Unfortunately, we don’t know when GTA 6 Trailer 2 is coming out, and there’s a good chance we won’t know until the day of.
Rockstar Games suddenly dropped GTA 6 Trailer 2 out of nowhere. It took everyone off guard and shocked the world. There’s also a good chance that Trailer 1 would have been a surprise, too—but the debut trailer was infamously leaked ahead of time.
So, unless we get another leak akin to Trailer 1, Rockstar Games could literally shadow drop Trailer 3 at any second….maybe even as you’re reading this?
GTA 6 Trailer 3 November 4 Rumor, Explained
There was a wide belief that GTA 6 Trailer 3 would drop on November 4, 2025, due to a circulating online rumor. However, the original rumor source was from a GTA parody account, and it was never going to be released on November 4.
Joker is a self-professed ‘#1 Source for PARODY GTA 6 and Red Dead News.’ They initially said on November 1: “The GTA 6 Trailer 3 is expected to be revealed on November 4th, according to the reputable insider Chris Marxx.”
They followed this up with posts saying that GTA 6 has been delayed to September 25, 2026, and news of Trailer 3 with leaked audio. Many savvy users debunked the leaked audio as being audio from the 2022 leaks.
Once someone says something, there’s always the most minute possibility that it could happen. But when the time came for the supposed Trailer 3 drop, everyone was left disappointed.
All GTA 6 Trailer 3 Rumors & Updates
There’s a belief that GTA 6 Trailer 3 is getting closer due to Rockstar Games having overhauled the main game’s official website, and a big change to the GTA 6 PlayStation Store listing.
You can’t beat some speculation, but here we go.
GTA 6 Website Updated
This point is quite simple, but it’s the most telling sign of something coming soon. The GTA 6 website has been reworked and updated. Whenever a game page, website, or store listing is updated, it’s usually because something big related to the title is coming.
We don’t think Rockstar is shadow dropping the full game somehow, but Trailer 3 seems the most likely. There’s every chance that GTA 6 Trailer 3 could arrive two years after Trailer 1’s debut.
A Christmas GTA 6 Trailer 3? Yes, please!
PlayStation Store Addition
This one isn’t as huge, but the GTA 6 PlayStation Store listing now has the GTA+ advert. Again, it’s a subtle tweak, but a sign that something is surely coming, and Rockstar is cooking up something tasty.
