GRAVHOUNDS is set to enter Early Access on PC and XBOX on November 2, 2026, following its reveal at Gamescom Opening Night Live. It is the debut title from Octopus Panic, a studio founded by former DICE and 343 Industries developers.
The game supports up to four players and is built around physics-driven chaos. Players control bioengineered dogs, with gameplay that draws on hits from Battlefield and Halo, both franchises developed by the studio’s veteran developers.

Expanding on the trailer, Octopus Panic shared more details about the game and its features, delving deeper into the upcoming title’s survival and extraction mechanics.
Co-founder and former head of Halo Studios Josh Holmes expanded on the game’s concept and the inspiration for returning to simple multiplayer gameplay.
“GRAVHOUNDS started with a simple idea: a crew of blue-collar dogs stranded on the far side of the galaxy, still expected to show up for work,” said Josh Holmes, co-founder of Octopus Panic. “For us, the best co-op moments are when things unexpectedly go off the rails, and somehow you still pull it off together.”
The game can be wishlisted now on Steam and the Windows Store ahead of its Early Access release this November.
