FalleN to retire at the end of 2026 after over two decades of competition

Brazilian Counter-Strike legend Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo has announced his intention to retire from competitive CS2 at the end of 2026, bringing a 23-year-long career to a close. The announcement was made on the IEM Rio 2026 stage a day ahead of FURIA’s semifinal showing at their home event.

What life has taught me is that regardless of whether we win or lose, there comes a point in life when we look back and it’s not just about the victory, it’s really about the journey. —FalleN
