Following Gambit’s release at the start of season five, Rogue is set to join Marvel Rivals‘ playable roster. With the release date being right around the corner, there are several leaks regarding Rogue’s kit and abilities while we wait for an official reveal.
Here’s everything we know about Rogue and her kit in Marvel Rivals ahead of her release on Dec. 12.
Rogue in Marvel Rivals: Class, abilities, and more

There’s not much we currently know about Rogue’s role and abilities. According to leaks, Rogue is a Vanguard Class hero with abilities revolving around stealing other heroes’ abilities. While the exact descriptions of all her skills are unknown, the ultimate drains enemies’ ultimate charge, among other things.
Rogue is also a part of the Explosive Entanglement Team-Up. At the moment, it includes Gambit and Magneto, allowing Gambit to empower Magneto’s Iron Volley. It replaces Iron Volley with Ace Greatsword, which detonates upon striking enemies and leaves residual energy on the target, dealing a second instance of damage after a delay.
Apart from her kit, expect to find out more about the upcoming cosmetics, too. One of the skins leaked early is the Savage Land skin, which is rumored to be available with Rogue’s launch. Expect more information and an official gameplay reveal from NetEase in the coming days, as we’re gearing up for the season 5.5 update.
