Hideo Kojima recruited a star-studded voice cast for Death Stranding 1, and the critically acclaimed game designer pulled off a similar feat for Death Stranding 2.
Death Stranding 2 takes place eleven months after the events of the first game. As such, several characters are returning along with their voice actors. In 2019, well-known actress Margaret Qualley played twins Mama and Lockne in Death Stranding. Kojima revealed the story behind her casting, but it’s unclear if she will be back for the sequel.
Alongside the main cast, the first Death Stranding game had several exciting cameos, including talk show host Conan O’Brien, Remedy Entertainment genius Sam Lake, and iconic director Edgar Wright. Kojima teased that even more stars are making cameos in Death Stranding 2. But before looking too far ahead, here is the confirmed cast so far.

Troy Baker needs no introduction to video game fans. The accomplished actor has been voicing video game characters since 2005, and is most known for his roles as Nathan Drake in the Uncharted series, Joel in The Last of Us, and Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite.
Meanwhile, Norman Reedus reprises his leading role as Sam Porter Bridges in Death Stranding 2. Reedus broke out for his role in the in the iconic action movie The Boondock Saints in 1999, and later went on to rise to fame for his work as Daryl Dixon in The Walking Dead.
George Miller is widely acclaimed as an incredible filmaker, and he is most known for writing and directing every Mad Max movie.
Returing in Death Stranding 2, Léa Seydoux reprises her role as Fragile. The French actress has had supporting roles in Ingloirous Basterds, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, two James Bond movies, and several Wes Anderson films.
