The Thunderpick World Championship 2025 brings some of the best Counter-Strike 2 teams to compete in front of a global audience, through the closed qualifiers first, and then the LAN stage later this year.

While some teams have been directly invited to compete in the playoffs, others have to make their way through the closed qualifiers in September. Established CS2 teams including The MongolZ, FURIA, NAVI, and Aurora Gaming are part of this tournament, as a total of 20 teams fight for the big prize pool on the line.

CS2 Thunderpick World Championship 2025 schedule

The Thunderpick World Championship 2025 starts with the closed qualifiers first, from Sept. 9 to 11, to determine the final teams punching their ticket to the TWC Finals, which is set on LAN from Oct. 15 to 19 in Malta.
