Embark Studios revealed its early 2026 plans for ARC Raiders at the start of the year, and it’s already almost time for the third big update: Flashpoint.
Fans have already enjoyed the two prior updates, with Headwinds offering a smaller release back in January, whilst Shrouded Sky introduced the new Hurricane Map Condition, as well as two entirely new ARC enemies to battle.
However, Flashpoint is set to up the ante in ARC Raiders once again, and you won’t have to wait long to explore what it has to offer.
When Does Flashpoint Release In ARC Raiders?
Embark Studios has confirmed that the Flashpoint update will arrive in ARC Raiders on March 31, 2026.
It’s been the case that the updates have arrived towards the back end of the month, but this is as far back as a March update could go! Still, the wait is almost over, and based on what was revealed in the original roadmap, it could turn out to be an update worth waiting for.
Flashpoint is expected to launch at the usual update times for ARC Raiders, but in case you’re unfamiliar with those, Insider Gaming has them listed below in a variety of time zones for your convenience.

All Flashpoint Confirmed Content For ARC Raiders
As announced with the roadmap, four new pieces of content can be expected to drop with the Flashpoint update for ARC Raiders.
These are the following:
- New Map Condition
- New ARC Threat
- Player Project
- Scrappy Update
As for the finer details, Embark Studios is only just beginning to drip-feed teasers, with official information still a few days out. However, that doesn’t stop the community from speculating, and the small symbols on the roadmap give some clues as to what to expect.
The new Map Condition and ARC Threat are bound to be the highlights of the update. Judging by the symbol, the new Map Condition seems to be lightning-related, which is odd considering the existence of the Electromagnetic Storm. When combined with the title, Flashpoint, perhaps there are some blinding effects that take place?
As for the new ARC, rumours run thin. Fingers crossed that it’s not another variation of pre-existing ARC, like the Firefly and Comet were, as it’d be great to see some entirely new threats to face on the Rust Belt.
The other two updates seem pretty standard. A new Project will undoubtedly see you collecting more resources in return for a slew of rewards, but the Scrappy Update sounds vague enough that it’s interesting. Is it simply a rework of how he collects resources, or is it the addition of a new system?
