Rockstar Games comes locked and loaded with different GTA 6 editions for you to agonize over, and you’ll need to decide if the extra content, prices, and more are all worth it.
2026 is the year of Grand Theft Auto 6, and Rockstar‘s newest sequel should finally see the light of day.
With no further delays (we hope), the attention turns more to GTA 6 and how you want to approach it. To do this, let me fill you in on its different editions and what they all offer at different price points.
Every GTA 6 Edition You Can Buy

Right now, GTA 6 has two editions to consider: A base version and a more premium Ultimate Edition.
You know what you’re getting with a normal edition. It’s the core game, but you get some extra pre-order bonuses if you secure your copy before launch—more on this later.
However, the Ultimate Edition is what many will opt for because of the lavish goodies that come with it. There’s no early access incentive, so you can forget about that. But certain content is locked behind the Ultimate Edition, and it might bother you if you miss out.
All GTA 6 Pre-Order Bonuses
You get quite a few pre-order bonuses with the Grand Theft Auto 6 Vintage Vice City Pack, including a vehicle, outfits and skins, weapon variants, and more.
We get some nice nods back to the Vice City era with these exclusive goodies, and here’s everything you get:
- Jason outfit
- Lucia outfit
- ’55 Vapid Stanier
- Weapon Pattern
Again, to get these, you MUST pre-order the game before November 19 to be entitled to them once the full game is out.
