All Gears of War: E-Day Exclusive Beta Rewards & How to Get Them

Complete your Gears of War: E-Day beta experience by collecting every single reward being offered by The Coalition. You get a bunch of snazzy cosmetics, including a rare skin, and the unlock conditions could grind your gears, so to speak.

Gears of War: E-Day is one of the biggest and most significant XBOX releases in years. Releasing as an XBOX console exclusive, Microsoft is trying to get all eyes on the prequel shooter, and you can play it first-hand before launch with the two different weekend betas.

Every Gears of War: E-Day Exclusive Beta Reward

Six unique rewards await you across the Gears of War: E-Day beta weekends, ranging from a sharp player Emblem to the super-rare ‘Crush the Bug’ set.

They are all purely cosmetic, and you won’t gain any advantage by acquiring these rewards before the game’s full launch.

However, they are still cool and will show who the OGs are when the time comes.

Before I go on, here are the beta rewards you can obtain:

• Epic Blast Damage Mags Character Skin.
• Rare Crush the Bug Weapon Skin Set.
• Crush the Bug Banner.
• Crush the Bug Emblem.
• Crush the Bug Icon.
• Open Beta Medal & First in the Fight Title.

Here’s a message from the devs about these incentives:

‘To thank you for playing the Open Beta, we’re giving you rewards! Might seem obvious, but you must play the Beta to obtain these. As you complete challenges, these rewards will unlock for use in the Open Beta and later be in your inventory at launch.’

How to Get All Gears of War: E-Day Exclusive Beta Rewards

Each reward has a certain unlock condition, with one requiring you to simply play the beta, and another couple asking you to play a LOT of the beta.

With a full eight days worth of the Gears of War: E-Day beta to play, there should be no worries about having the time to complete the objectives for rewards.

Obviously, reaching Level 20 and extracting from Horde Siege 8 times will be where the bulk of your effort goes.

But everything carries over to the main game, and it’s good to grind for something!
