Arsenal have a new star developing in Max Dowman, with the teenager’s performances catching the eye and breaking an array of records, which makes a potential inclusion in EA FC 27 a widely discussed topic.

Having won the Premier League with Arsenal last term and setting various records along the way, Dowman has started the new campaign strong, scoring a brace in the midweek Carabao Cup victory over Ipswich Town, and many are wondering if he is available in FC 27.

Is Max Dowman in EA FC 27?

No, Max Dowman is not available in EA FC 27 due to his age and the licensing laws, meaning the Arsenal starlet is not available across all game modes.

Dowman won’t be available to be nurtured in Career Mode as a result, nor will you be able to utilize him in Ultimate Team through various Evolution paths.

The absence of the 16-year-old is due to EA’s strict age policy for player licensing, which, while unwritten, prevents players under the age of 17 being included, aligning with professional contract and FIFPro licensing rules.

As Dowman falls beneath that age requirement, he isn’t featured in FC 27, though the door does remain open for him to feature later down the line.

Will Max Dowman be Added to EA FC 27?

Max Dowman could be added to EA FC 27 in a future title update once he turns 17, which would make him eligible to be featured under EA’s rules, but this is not confirmed.

Dowman turns 17 on December 31 and could therefore be included in a future title update, most likely the one that will occur in January to update the squads with the latest player ratings and transfers.

Prior to that, however, Dowman isn’t available in FC 27, and you’ll have to be patient before you can bring him to life in the game, though there are creative alternatives.

One option is to create Max Dowman and add him to the Arsenal squad, which can then be used for offline matches and Career Mode, and you could also theme your created pro player in Grounds or Player Career around the starlet.
