When is Lil Wayne Coming to Fortnite? Exact Release Date

Fortnite continues to be the undisputed king of collabs, and Epic Games has even more on the horizon, with Lil Wayne among those landing in the title.

Epic Games has gone all-out with collabs this season, bringing the likes of Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Sonic the Hedgehog, Tetris, and more into the title, but Fortnite isn’t just focusing on gaming collabs.

When is Lil Wayne Coming to Fortnite?

Lil Wayne’s arrival in Fortnite is slated for Saturday, September 12, Epic Games has revealed.

An announcement of the iconic rapper’s arrival in the Epic Games title came earlier this week and, for those who are excited for the drop, there isn’t too long to wait.

Lil Wayne will arrive in the Fortnite Item Shop when the store refreshes on September 12, which occurs at 5 PM PT/7 PM ET.

As he’s landing exclusively in the store, you will need to splash out on V-Bucks to make a purchase, as there’s no free content tied to the upcoming collab.

All Lil Wayne Fortnite Cosmetics, Emotes & Items

Lil Wayne’s arrival in Fortnite comes with a slew of collab content, all of which are purchasable cosmetic items in the Item Shop.

The stand-out inclusions are two Lil Wayne Skins, though there’s also the usual slew of Emotes, a loading screen, a Pickaxe, Back-Bling, and more.

The full price for the Lil Wayne Bundle and all the collab items individually has not been released, though it’s expected to be in line with other collab bundles that have previously been released.
