How Long is Marvel’s Wolverine? Game Length & Total Hours

The back end of the calendar is stacked with major releases, and for PlayStation gamers, this includes Marvel’s Wolverine, with the amount of time it takes to complete now being available.

Releasing September 15 exclusively on PlayStation 5, Marvel’s Wolverine is Insomniac Games‘ first foray into the wider Marvel universe following three Spider-Man titles.

If you’re keen to know how many hours it will take to beat Marvel’s Wolverine so you can slot it into your busy schedule, Insider Gaming has all the details.

How Many Hours to Beat Marvel’s Wolverine?

Marvel’s Wolverine clocks in with an average game length of 12 to 13 hours, where the title has the core of its action.

This puts the average completion time for the main story at less than Insomniac’s most recent release, Spider-Man 2, which clocked in at 17 hours, but longer than the Miles Morales title, which averaged eight hours for the main story.

As such, don’t expect to dedicate a huge amount of time to playing through Wolverine, though for many gamers, this will be welcomed amid such a packed release schedule.

Naturally, the length of completion will vary from player to player based on skill level and how much you focus on side quests and collectibles.

How Long to Get Marvel’s Wolverine Platinum Trophy?

Earning the Platinum Trophy in Marvel’s Wolverine, awarded for earning all other available Trophies in the game, will reportedly only take a few more hours, with the average being 14 to 15 hours.

Unlike Insomniac Games’ other Marvel titles, which have large, open-world exploration, Wolverine’s adventure is much more contained.

As such, there’s significantly less to do outside of the main missions, with the extension to the time instead coming from finding all collectibles and diving deeper into Wolverine’s journey.

In comparison to Insomniac’s other titles, it’s by far the shortest Platinum journey, falling behind Miles Morales, which took an average of 18 hours for completionists.
