All Modern Warfare 4 Beta Weapons & How to Unlock Every Gun

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4’s beta, and presumably the full game, delivers on one thing CoD always does well: Guns. Many weapons are spread across countless classes in MW4, so find out every gun you can use and how to unlock everything.

It doesn’t matter what type of player you are; Call of Duty has something for everyone. Do you like to vary up your engagements? Slap an Assault Rifle to your loadout. Do you love bum-rushing the opposition with speed? Get yourself a tasty SMG.

There are so many ways to play, and the Modern Warfare 4 beta has a varied armory to dive through and work towards.

The class with the most weapons in the Modern Warfare 4 beta is comfortably the Assault Rifle. They’re arguably the most popular form of gun, and you’ve got five to use, including four to unlock.

Hello, trusty M4.

Patriot XMR Unlocked at Level 25

Three SMGs await, including the surprising inclusion of the PPSH-41, which is usually a weapon reserved for older-period CoD games. It’s one of my favorite SMGs of all time, though, so I’m not complaining, and it will probably be my main SMG in the beta and beyond.

X-58 NYX Unlocked at Level 27

Every MW4 Beta Shotgun and Unlock Requirements

For your up-close and personal one-tap blasting, there’s only one weapon: The Rezi 12.

I don’t think it’s anything to do with Capcom’s long-running survival horror franchise, but it might scare opponents if they run around the corner and you have one of these in your hands.

Every MW4 Beta LMG and Unlock Requirements

Two LMGs are available in the MW4 beta: The Finn LMG and the Type 73. A light machine gun can be an acquired taste, given how bulky they are and prioritize mobility less, but it’s great for mowing down squads without letting go of the trigger.

Every MW4 Beta Marksman Rifle and Unlock Requirements

If you want some range, but don’t quite want to extend the length of a Sniper Rifle, get yourself either a Mar-9 or Oris 8.9 Marksman Rifle.

Oris 8.6 Unlocked at Level 14

Every MW4 Beta Sniper Rifle and Unlock Requirements

You might have already seen the Signal 50 Sniper Rifle, and it could be your ultimate grindy reward in the beta. The KG-7 Vulcan will likely do a good job, but make no mistake, EVERYONE will be after the Signal 50.

Every MW4 Beta Pistol and Unlock Requirements

Most loadouts will feature the Krait P68 as a backup, and then natural progression will see them ditched in favor of the .50 GS. If you can handle the heat, it’ll keep you alive longer.

Every MW4 Beta Launcher and Unlock Requirements

The PILA is your only launcher option in the beta, but I’m sure the full release will be full of vehicle-ending, Killstreak-destroying launchers.

If you want to slice and dice for style or in a panic situation, whip out the Combat Knife and show everyone who’s boss in CQC.
