NiP Announce Departure from Brazilian Rainbow Six Siege

Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) has announced that it will no longer be a part of the Brazilian Rainbow Six Siege scene.

The organization leaves the South-American scene four weeks after their 5th-place finish at the SAL Stage 1 split left the organization without a place at the Esports World Cup 2026.

NiP announced their departure from the Brazilian Rainbow 6 ecosystem with the following announcement:

“It is with sadness that we announce today that we are leaving the Rainbow Six Siege ecosystem in Brazil, and with that, we want to say one thing: Thank you.

Thank you to all the fans who stood by NIP through victories, defeats, moments of disappointment, and unforgettable times. Whether wearing the jersey, watching every match, cheering from the stands, or supporting us from home: you were part of this journey.

And to all the players who represented NIP: you dedicated your talent, passion, and heart to the team. You helped create memories and moments that will forever be part of our history, and achieved accomplishments and trophies we could never have imagined when we began this journey.

Chapters change, and the future is never certain, but our love for Rainbow Six Siege remains and, because of that, we say: we hope this is not the last time our paths cross.

The announcement does not make clear the next step for the organization, but the emphasis on the withdrawal from Brazil specifically could indicate a switch of region for the now Abu Dhabi-headquartered organization.
