The first question everyone was asking once the Black Ops 1 and 2 ports finally arrived on PlayStation was simple: How much do they cost? This guide covers everything, including its special prices at release.

Having Black Ops 1 and 2 ports in 2026 is a great feeling for long-time fans, especially if you’ve been jaded with the latest few entries. These are simpler CoDs in even more blissfully simple times.

How Much Does Black Ops 1 Port Cost on PS4 & PS5?

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 1 port on PlayStation 4 and 5 costs $39.99.

I should point out that for the first month of the game’s launch, PlayStation is offering it for half price ($19.99) if you have an active PlayStation Plus subscription.

The offer ends on August 6, which is when Black Ops 1 will go back up to its full price of $39.99, which non-PS Plus subscribers have to pay anyway.

How Much Does Black Ops 2 Port Cost on PS4 & PS5?

The PS4 and PS5 Black Ops 2 Port also costs $39.99 as a default price, with a special, limited-time-only discount availability.

It’s pretty much a carbon copy of Black Ops 1: If you want Black Ops 2 at its cheapest on PS4 or PS5, buy the game in the first 30 days with a valid PlayStation Plus subscription, and you can get it for $19.99.

To be clear, these are both basic ports with no major graphical updates. You’re essentially paying for a couple of extra features and a fresh start with online multiplayer.
