The latest round of attempts at recreating the Grand Theft Auto 6 map has surfaced online, courtesy of eagle-eyed fans scrutinizing every piece of GTA 6 media available. From the trailers to the screenshots, and from promotional materials to leaks, every inch of content is being scoured to assemble the most comprehensive build possible.
The result is an interactive map that features hundreds of points of interest, all picked out of the mass of imagery available online, both officially released and obtained through some more questionable sources over the years. It’s super impressive and goes to extreme lengths as a cataloguing effort.
Grand Theft Auto 6 Map Site Being Built
If you want the best idea possible of what Grand Theft Auto 6’s map looks like, you’ll want to head to map.stateofleonida.net. This is a fan-made resource that has taken every shred of GTA 6 data possible to assemble a universal best guess at the game’s full map.
Here’s a shot of the centre of the map, so you can get an idea of what I’m talking about:

It’s worth stressing that this resource has existed since at least March 2025, with various creators and tech-savvy individuals contributing to the upkeep of the site. The latest version of the map, maintained by someone named ‘YANIS’, is the thirteenth version of the map, published on June 24, mere days ago.
The latest version before that was from May 11, so this naturally incorporates everything from the dozens of new images uploaded by Rockstar Games to promote the Ultimate Edition of the game and all the pre-order content that’s coming soon.
It all goes much deeper, though. It’s not just roads and terrain that fans have mapped here, but also stores, points of interest, safehouses, activity centres, and much more. It also incorporates the game’s multiple biomes, including Mount Kalaga National Park, the swamplands, Port Gellhorn, and the city centre itself.
