How to Get Free Olivia Rodrigo Cosmetic Items in Fortnite

Fortnite’s latest update has added a bunch of new content to the game, including five new Sprites and a new season of Fortnite OG, but there are also some free Olivia Rodrigo items to unlock.

While not headlining Fortnite Festival, as some may have expected, Olivia Rodrigo has landed in the world of Fortnite, with an NPC found on the Battle Royale map and free rewards available.

If you’re keen on unlocking the latest Fortnite freebies, Insider Gaming has all the details you need.

Where is Olivia Rodrigo in Fortnite?

Olivia Rodrigo can be found as an NPC in a small island on the southern part of the map, with the exact spot shown in the image above.

The landmark is south of Sinister Strip and north of Sunken Shores, and features an island with plenty of trees. The one you’re looking for has a pink swing attached to a branch.

The location is the same spot as the Olivia Rodrigo teasers that were present earlier this season, before the singer’s introduction, so if you hunted down the carving on the side of the tree, you’ll know the precise spot.

If you drop from the Battle Bus and aim between Sinister Strip and Sunken Shores, the pink swing is visible from the air, making it even easier to track down.

How to Get Free Olivia Rodrigo Items in Fortnite

There are two free Olivia Rodrigo cosmetic items to claim in Fortnite, both of which require separate steps but are very easy to complete.

Interacting with Olivia Rodrigo completes a special quest, netting a bunch of XP, and once you have talked to her, the Duality of Olivia Loading Screen is unlocked.

Additionally, a bonus mission unlocks, requiring you to Jam for five seconds near to Olivia Rodrigo, which unlocks the Heart Locket Spray.

While neither of the items is as big as a skin, like the ones in the Olivia Rodrigo bundle purchasable in the Item Shop, you can’t complain about freebies.
