7 New Heroes Leak For Marvel Rivals, Including 2 Major Villains

A huge part of what keeps Marvel Rivals so popular is its growing cast of characters, with two additions every season. Season 8.5 is just around the corner, and despite the hype surrounding Cyclops as the latest hero, it seems like we know who’s next in line to join the roster all the way up until Season 11.

Leaks for Marvel Rivals are nothing new, with pretty much most of the heroes now in the game from prior seasons leaking way beforehand. Sure, some were surprises, like Black Cat, but the likes of Cyclops and Deadpool were known well in advance thanks to datamined voice lines and such. It seems the same has happened again, as the potential next seven characters have surfaced.

Doctor Doom & Gorr The God Butcher On The Horizon

Thanks to numerous leaks, it appears that the next five characters for Marvel Rivals have leaked. Season 9 is first up, and you can expect to see The Hood and Jubilee join the game as a Vanguard and Strategist, respectively. The final Gallery Card of Season 8.5 supports this theory, with the following quotes clearly referencing the two heroes:

A man wearing the cloak of Oblivion … wise-cracking enemy-turned-ally desperate to find a cure for her son’s unqiue ailment, even if it means turning her fireworks against her former friends.

With that in mind, it’s safe to say Jubilee and The Hood will be with us next season, though leaks suggest Jubilee will be her vampire variant from the comics, which hasn’t gone down too well with the fanbase.

Moving onto Season 10, Nightcrawler and Gorr the God Butcher should be next in line, as the X-Men roster continues to fill out. Of course, this is subject to change, as are any future leaks, so take them with a slight pinch of salt. Still, it’s great to see more villains join the roster, as that’s been a complaint in the community for some time now.

That said, Season 11 marks the big landmark event, as the main villain of Marvel Rivals so far, Doctor Doom, is reportedly joining the roster. His season counterpart remains unknown, but there are tons of characters that have previously leaked that haven’t shown up yet, including the likes of Captain Marvel, Professor X and even Thanos.

It should all tie into Avengers: Doomsday, the upcoming MCU movie, so expect to see a lot of Doom this Winter. As for the other two characters, Blue Marvel and Crescent have also leaked, though they aren’t currently tied to any particular season just yet.
