Pocketpair has finally delivered for fans who have been waiting, announcing the full release of Palworld with the 1.0 update on July 10.
In September 2025, the developers announced that Palworld would leave early access and begin a cleanup process to prepare for its full release. This transition meant that the game would see less new content as the developers shift their focus to finalizing version 1.0. Now, we finally have details about what to expect in the full release.
Palworld 1.0 to Release in July 2026
The new trailer was purely cinematic, but did feature some new things. Players were shown a new Pal that can transform into a sword. Players also saw the character face off against a giant, flying mythical creature, and defeating it opened up a path to a mysterious tree that was teased in one of the previous videos. Interested readers can check out Palworld 1.0’s release date trailer below:
Leading up to the update, the developers had teased some concept art for upcoming Pals; however, towards the end of the video, they revealed a mythical creature en route to a mysterious tree. The Pal has finally received its moment, and it looks glorious. The developers also stated they would try to expand everything, including the early game, middle game, and end game, and it seems like we will have to see how they have managed that on a later date.
In other news, Pocketpair has filed a trademark for Palworld Online in the United States and South Korea. Additionally, according to a top company executive, Pocketpair isn’t aiming to turn Palworld into a media empire. Will you be playing when Palworld 1.0 releases in July?
