It has been quite some time since players received a new Hot Wheels title. The last one was Unleashed 2: Turbocharged, and it was released back in 2023. Three years later, players are awaiting a brand new installment, and it seems like they will get a new Hot Wheels game in 2026.

Hot Wheels Infinite Rush Releases in September 2026

A new report from Dealabs reveals the release date, pricing, platforms, and more for Hot Wheels Infinite Rush. The game is being developed by Milestone, the team responsible for the previous Unleashed installment. The report reveals that Hot Wheels Infinite Rush will be released on September 24, 2026, for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and the Switch 2. The price has been set at $49.99. The announcement date hasn’t been confirmed, but there’s a chance it will be announced at Summer Game Fest later tonight.

Hot Wheels Infinite Rush Trailer Posted Early

Additionally, a post by billbil-kun on X (formerly Twitter) points to a trailer for Hot Wheels Infinite Rush, which appears to have been accidentally released early by the EB Games Australia Trailers account on YouTube. The one-and-a-half-minute trailer showcases players navigating a new open world for their joyrides. It features in-engine footage that provides a glimpse of the gameplay players can expect.
