The Pokémon Company has officially revealed the 30th anniversary TCG set in Japan, due to launch simultaneously worldwide later this year.

First teased during the Pokémon Day Presents in February, which displayed some of the most iconic card designs of the past three decades, a full reveal was shared on June 1st, highlighting what fans can expect from arguably the most anticipated Pokémon TCG set ever released.

Pokémon 30th Anniversary TCG Features 30 Pikachu Cards

As previously reported, the Pokémon TCG set, called ‘Celebration’, will feature 30 holographic Pikachu cards, all illustrated by different artists, alongside a host of other chase cards.

Reprints of iconic cards from the past, including Charizard from the base set and Pikachu & Zekrom Tag Team GX, will be included alongside a 30th anniversary stamp, which features across all cards in the set.

Several Art Rares have also been revealed, including Lapras, Zorua, and Lycanroc, revealed officially, while the trailer itself showed teases for a host of others.

The chase cards of the set are the pearlescent Mew and Mewtwo cards first teased in February, but the full setlist looks stacked, including new ex cards, featuring the likes of Sylveon and Greninja, and cards for a host of other fan-favourites, including Slowpoke, Espeon, and Umbreon.

The release date is set for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and further card reveals, along with the full product lineup, will be announced in due course.
