Marvel’s Wolverine release date confirmed: Countdown, trailers, and more

The next game by Insomniac Games, Marvel’s Wolverine, finally has a release date after months of uncertainty surrounding the superhero title. The news dropped suddenly and without much fanfare via a social media post by the developers, which is especially surprising considering the (very) recent PlayStation State of Play came and went without a single mention of the game.

The post simply read, “Let’s cut to the chase: Marvel’s Wolverine launches September 15, 2026” alongside a short six-second video featuring a still image of the iconic X-Men character.
