BitLife often tries to mirror real life by using luck and circumstances to determine the events in the character’s life. This is certainly the case with getting pregnant with twins or triplets, as it is as rare in BitLife as in real life. However, you can do some things to increase your chances of having twins in BitLife.

How to have twins or triplets in BitLife

Having children in BitLife is easy, especially if your character is a man, as they can father multiple children a year. Having twins, or even triplets, is very rare, so how can you increase the chance of it happening? The first thing to do is adjust your character creation stats to the highest possible fertility. Good looks and health can’t hurt either.

There are time-consuming methods, such as having multiple one-night stands and hoping that one of the women becomes pregnant with two or more babies. Or you can try the old-fashioned way and just try with your character’s wife or girlfriend, which will take even longer.

Paying for IVF can increase your chances of having twins, as can Artificial Insemination, where they take the sperm from a donor. Both of these methods increase the likelihood of getting pregnant with more than one baby.

To get IVF or try Artificial Insemination, go to Activities > Fertility > and choose your preferred method. IVF is the most expensive route, but the most likely. It doesn’t always work, let alone give you twins. However, it is a better chance than just having multiple one-night stands.

If you don’t mind spending some money to get the chance of twins or triplets, you can purchase the Golden Pacifier. It is a one-time purchase of around ten dollars, and allows you to give every character the highest fertility, and pick the number of babies, their genders, and special talents.

There is also the option of “Pray To The Devs,” where you can watch an ad once and pray for various things, like money or fertility. If granted, your last fling will become pregnant.
