S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 expansion Cost of Hope launches in August with Update 2.0

GSC Game World announced that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl’s expansion Cost of Hope launches on Aug. 20. The DLC releases alongside Update 2.0, a free patch for all owners of the base game. 

Cost of Hope is the first major expansion for Heart of Chornobyl aside from fixes GSC released after the game launched. The DLC continues Skif’s story and sends players back into the Zone for a new campaign set during the long-running conflict between Duty and Freedom.
