Ocarina of Time Remake ESRB Rating Appears Online

The Nintendo store page for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake now has an ESRB rating.

Since the official reveal of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake at the June Nintendo Direct, players have been waiting to hear more about the game. At the moment, we only have one trailer, which showed a young Link sleeping towards the end. However, there’s a chance more reveals will be coming soon, as the rating has been revealed.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake Rated E10+ by ESRB

Spotted by Nintendo Life, the ESRB rating for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake has appeared on the Nintendo store page for the game. It has been rated E10+ (Everyone 10+) with Animated Blood and Fantasy Violence mentioned in the listing. At the moment, the rating for the game hasn’t appeared on the ESRB website; however, it matches the rating that was given to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D for the Nintendo 3DS. The GameCube, Wii, and Wii U versions received an E rating.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was originally released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998. It was the first game in the Zelda series to feature 3D graphics and is considered one of the highest-rated games of all time. This acclaim is due to its varied and innovative mechanics, such as Z-Targeting, its unique approach to 3D gameplay, a deeply engaging narrative, and its iconic music. The remake has a lot to live up to, and if the rating has been released, players can expect to receive more news soon.
