ARC Raiders Frozen Trail introduces new late-game challenge alongside expanded progression systems

Embark Studios shared a first look at the upcoming Frozen Trail update for ARC Raiders. It’s the largest update the game has ever seen, featuring a new map, overhauled progression systems, new tools, and multiple ARC threats.

Frozen Trail update introduces a new challenge for late-game ARC Raiders players: the ARC Frigate. It’s not an enemy that you can defeat, but rather a carrier that you must board and sabotage. Board the Frigate, solve the puzzles, avoid hazards, and escape with the loot. Aboard the Frigate, you may encounter one of the new threats, Hydra, a turret-like enemy with six guns that can target multiple players.
