Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Beta Release Date & Start Times

The next era of the Call of Duty franchise is right around the corner, and the beta dates for Modern Warfare 4 have now been revealed.

Similar to previous years, the beta for Modern Warfare 4 provides fans with the first opportunity to experience the next entry in the Call of Duty franchise, while simultaneously allowing the developers to stress test the servers.

When Does The Modern Warfare 4 Beta Begin?

The Modern Warfare 4 beta has two start dates, with early access available for the first weekend, while the second weekend will be open to all.

Both betas are set across two weekends, live for a period of four days, and action begins soon after Call of Duty NEXT in August, which will lift the lid further on what to expect from the next generation of the franchise.

Players will be able to explore various multiplayer maps and modes, with the beta focusing on online play. Therefore, no single-player content will be available.

What Time Does The Modern Warfare 4 Beta Start?

Exact timings for both MW4 beta weekends are yet to be announced, with more details set to be revealed by Activision imminently.

It has been confirmed the early access beta will kick off immediately after the conclusion of the Call of Duty: NEXT showcase, though the exact timings for that event are also yet to be revealed.

Last year, the Black Ops 7 beta began at 10 AM PT, but those timings could be different due to the COD: NEXT showcase. Last year, the showcase kicked off at 9 AM PT, so it could be a slightly later time for the beta start.
